Please join our Barony in celebrating the warm weather
of Spring at our
annual Baronial Championship Tournament and Baroness’ Guard Trials. This one day
event will be held at the park near the Haggin Museum. It is a grassy,
somewhat shaded area. There are no food vendors within walking distance,
so please plan your day trip to include food, drinks, chairs, tables,
sunshade and whatever else you need to be comfortable. Pets allowed and
must be leashed
TOURNAMENT
In the quest
to find Her Excellencies’ next Baronial Champion, the Championship Tourney will
be held for those heavy and rapier fighters who feel that they have the mettle
to vie for honor, chivalry, and great martial deeds on the field.
WE NEED YOU FOR THE BARONIAL GUARD?
Please send a "Letter of Intent" to Mistress
Cassandra Cernakova, Her Excellency the Baroness of Fettburg. You can also
bring your "Letters" to the monthly Business Meetings (on the Second Wednesday
of the month at 7PM at the Manteca Library Conference Room).
INFORMATION TABLES
Please bring items to share with the public during the event. You might
bring A&S projects to work on as the public really enjoys seeing our
work in action. We will be handing out written materials as well to
further inform the public of the SCA.
